Alex Antonio

Alex Antonio is a registered U.S. patent attorney with nearly ten years of combined professional experience in law and engineering. 

A skilled patent practitioner, Mr. Antonio counsels clients in all areas of patent portfolio management. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technical areas, including oil and gas equipment, home appliances, aerospace components, industrial equipment, medical devices and computer software. In addition to his patent practice, Mr. Antonio has expertise in other areas of intellectual property, including trademarks and licensing agreements.

Before starting his legal career, Mr. Antonio spent valuable time as an engineer for a major oil-and-gas services company, where he designed subsea petroleum recovery equipment for some of the most complex off-shore oil-and-gas fields in the world.

Mr. Antonio has been recognized by Scene in S.A. Magazine as both a Rising Star Lawyer and a Top Lawyer: Intellectual Property in 2022 and 2023.

Outside of work, Mr. Antonio cherishes spending time with his wife and two young daughters. As a family, they enjoy all things outdoors, including playing sports, watching football games and taking trips. Mr. Antonio also values staying active in his church and community.
